On May 29, 2006, the Cold War Veterans Association was honored to have members Nils Parr (below left) and Richard Isaac (below right) present the CWVA wreath as part of the National Ceremonies commemorating Memorial Day in Washington, D.C., at the Tomb of the Unknowns. (Also participating in the ceremony was the President of the United States, George W. Bush).
