Contact Cold War Veterans

Contact your elected government officials and help advance the CWVA Cause.

Here are our top four legislative priorities followed by links to your elected officials:

(1) Recognize America's victory in its longest war by bestowing Cold War Victory Medal recognition on every man and woman who served honorably in the U.S. Armed Forces during America's longest war,

(2) Increase the number of states recognizing May 1st as Cold War Victory Day and work toward the establishment of a federal Cold War Victory Day to be declared in perpetuity,

(3) Expand our victory in Massachusetts of having full veterans benefits bestowed on Cold War Veterans, and

(4) Achieve equitable tax treatment for VSOs.*

[*NOTE: 501(c)(3) Charitable organizations which study the military receive more favorable tax treatment than 501(c)(19) Veterans Service Organizations made up of veterans who actually served in the military]

Please contact your elected officials (see below) and ask them what they are doing to enact each of the above CWVA Goals!

U.S. Senate
